What format does the text take (is it in Word format, or is it a recording? If the latter, what type of recording media has been used – minidisc, MP3 etc?)
What language is the original document in? What language/languages would you like it translated into?
What is the subject/topic of the translation (is it full of medical or legal terminology, for example)?
How quickly do you need the translation turned around?
Could you attach the original document, if in electronic form, to the email so we can evaluate length/complexity ourselves?

On receipt of your email we will quickly determine who our most suitable translator is and check with them regarding their availability and estimated delivery date of the completed translation back to us.
We will email you with details of costs and turnaround times etc.
If you wish to proceed, you either email us your document, or if not in electronic form post or courier it to our UK address.
As soon as the project is completed, we will email you the translation as an electronic Word file (or Mac format if you’d prefer).
