What media has it been recorded on (mini discs, CD as MP3 files etc.)?
How many people are on the recording (single voice, or roundtable discussion etc.)?
What is the subject/topic of your recording (is it full of medical or legal terminology, for example)?
How quickly do you need the transcription turned around?
How can you get the recordings to us – can you upload the files to our FTP site, or will you post/courier it to our UK address?

On receipt of your email we will quickly determine who our most suitable transcriber is and check with them regarding their availability and estimated delivery date of the completed transcript back to us.
We will email you with details of costs and turnaround times etc.
If you wish to proceed, you either upload the files to us via FTP, or post the recording to us.
As soon as the project is completed, we will email you the transcription as a Word file (or Mac format if you’d prefer). We will then delete the files from our FTP server (if uploaded) or return the physical recordings back to you by Special Delivery as a matter of priority.
